Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Head will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring the successful execution of all HR functions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.Experience in a real estate or consulting environment preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and managers at all levels.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR staff.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies and programs.
