Candidates should be Computer Literate with strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Attention to Detail.
DescriptionReports directly to the President & General Manager.Handles Personnel Policies & Procedures, End to End Recruitment, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement, and Timekeeping & Payroll Management.Managing and conducting New Hire Orientation and Office Tours to brief New Hires on the facilities, services, rules, and regulations.Documents performance, career records, and employee evaluations.Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolves issues and problems.Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.Maintains employee files and records.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.On-Site.Monday to Friday.Working Location4th Floor/412, RMG Hospital Supply, Inc., The Esquire Centre, 412 Gomezville St, corner Guerrero, Mandaluyong, 1550 Metro Manila, Philippines.
