Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in San Pedro, Laguna. This is a full-time, on-site position. The HR Generalist is responsible for everything related to employee management and will manage the day-to-day human resource operations, including but not limited to recruitment, selection, onboarding new hires, employee relations, timekeeping administration, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws – with the end goal of providing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture and retention of a superior workforce.

Key Responsibilities: • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Administering payroll and ensuring timely and accurate processing.Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, with a focus on government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and HMO.Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee benefits and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Maintain and update employee records related to benefits and compensation. • Labor Law Compliance: Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.Provide guidance to management and employees on labor-related issues, policies, and procedures. • Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars as needed. • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Support in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. • HR Administration: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and managing employee documentation.Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to improve efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent.At least 2 years of proven work experience in administering Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, particularly in government-mandated benefits and HMO.Strong knowledge of Labor laws and regulations.Familiarity with training and development processes within HR.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Willingness to work onsite in San Pedro. Conditions:
