We seek 2 HR Generalists for the Human Development Department for Bulacan and Nueva Ecija.
JOB OVERVIEW: To assist HD Department as well as the Zonal Office in the efficient and effective facilitation of HD business processes at the district level. The HD Generalist is responsible for preparing and processing documents in all HD processes in coordination with the Zonal HDM/Central Office such as communications, deployment, regularization, separation, benefits, staff relations, training, and payroll-related information.
