Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various functions, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process and fostering positive employee relationships. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding. Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals). Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Employee Relations : Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in resolving employee issues in a professional and timely manner. Support in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities. Help maintain a positive work environment by fostering open communication between employees and management. HR Administration : Maintain employee records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed. Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations. Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws in the Philippines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
