Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's or college degree in Psychology or Human resource management or any other course.
With experience as an admin
With experience in Timekeeping and Payroll process
Can do a multi-task job
Knowledgeable in Compensation and Benefits
Can work under pressure and Fast Learner
At least one (1) year of working as experienced employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
Must have at least (1) year experience in the construction industry.
Must be keen on details and highly analytical.
Must be able to work independently or with minimum supervision and can handle pressure.
Willing to be trained.
