HR SUPERVISOR / GENERALIST Preferably Psychology graduate or Human Resource and the like Must have a minimum of 3 year experience as HR Supervisor in all facets of HR (General HR/Generalist) Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Must have knowledge in payroll processing, compensation and benefits. Talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Handle employee disciplinary procedures. Policies and Guidelines.  Maintains compliance with national and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
