Position Overview: We are looking for a high-level HR Generalist with a strong background in all aspects of human resources. This role is key to supporting our organization's growth and will involve managing a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to HR challenges. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Manage employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee development. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures aligned with local labor laws and company standards. Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans) and manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws. Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide strategic HR support, including workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and create a positive, productive work environment. Ensure discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information. Stay current with HR trends and recommend process improvements to enhance HR operations. Assist in developing and implementing training programs for employee growth and development. Perform other duties as assigned to support HR and business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 9+ years of experience in HR , with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and recruitment. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations. Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
