We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support to our growing organization. What you'll be doing

Partnering with managers to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practicesAdministering employee onboarding, offboarding and performance management processesHandling employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with labour lawsCoordinating training and development initiatives to build the capabilities of our workforceAssisting with the design and implementation of HR programs, such as compensation and benefitsMaintaining accurate employee records and generating HR-related reportsCollaborating with the broader HR team on strategic HR initiatives
What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organizationIn-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical solutionsProficiency in HR information systems and data managementDemonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands
