About the roleWe are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support to our growing organization. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and advancement.What you'll be doing- Partnering with managers to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices- Administering employee onboarding, offboarding and performance management processes- Handling employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with labour laws- Coordinating training and development initiatives to build the capabilities of our workforce- Assisting with the design and implementation of HR programs, such as compensation and benefits- Maintaining accurate employee records and generating HR-related reports- Collaborating with the broader HR team on strategic HR initiativesWhat we're looking for- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical solutions- Proficiency in HR information systems and data management- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands
