**JOB SUMMARY**
This key position is responsible for the overall performance and improvement in all aspects of the Human Resources and ensures the smooth day-to-day operations and support of the department.
This position oversees the implementation of all HR functions in the Company.
**Recruitment**
1.
Hiring Target Achievement in a Timely Manner
a. Achieves 100% of assigned recruiting targets
b.
Understands the key success metrics associated with hiring goals.
These include:
i.
Cost per Hire (goals will vary by business unit).
ii.
New Hire First Day No Call No Show percentage: 95% Show-up rate.
iii.
Hiring timeline and time to fill open positions.
iv.
Meeting client hiring requirements.
2.
Calibrates regularly with requisitioning/hiring managers to understand and anticipate recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow: a. Conducts job analysis for assigned manpower requisition if need be

3.
Customer Service Excellence
- Ensures internal clients' service level agreements are met or exceeded.
**Compensation & Benefits**
1.
Maintains & updates the employees' database
a.
Maintains, updates & safe keeps 201 records of active and separated employees.
b.
Does process/prepares/administers the following documents but not limited to:
i.
Employment contracts and non-disclosure/non-compete agreements for all
employees.
ii.
Movement forms for employee transfers.
iii.
Certificate of employment and recognition certificates.
iv.
Company Identification card of employees & uniform distribution and
availability of stocks

Assists in the timekeeping processing and ensures completeness and timely
submission.
a.
Submits periodic time and attendance, compensation and ad hoc reports.
b.
Processes and reviews the daily time records of employees for payroll
computation.
c. Updates and monitors leave usage of all employees
3.
Coordinating with Accounting-Payroll team on the following:
a. Validates the salary discrepancy claims filed by the employees and submits
adjustment report to Payroll.
b.
Processes employee's clearance and accountability for C&B portion, indicates
unclaimed benefits / salary hold for payroll computation.
c. Ensures completeness and timely transmittal of government forms and loan
PAG-Ibig and BIR).
d. Enrolls the newly hired employees without Philhealth and Tax

**Employee Relations**
- Ensures that all employees comply with policies as stated in the Employee Handbook
- Solves disputes, resolves conflicts and applies corrective actions in compliance to the adopted policies and procedures
- Conducts exit interviews with employees due for resignation as endorsed
- Guides employees accordingly when routing clearance with the company.
- Organizes, Coordinates and assists with external providers/suppliers for employee engagement activities

**Training & Organizational Development**
- Conducts Training Needs Analysis Sessions on an annual basis
- Develops learning materials based on gaps identified from the Training Needs Analysis
- Prepares all materials needed for training sessions (presentation materials, training manuals, nametags, certificates, souvenirs etc.)
- Conducts orientation for new employees
- Facilitates learning sessions about soft skills for professional development
- Prepares Certificates of Attendance for Company events and/or Training Seminars
- Administers training evaluation questionnaires to employees every after internal/external trainings
- Handles all training logistics and financial requirements for external trainings (e.g.
Domestic/ Overseas Travel Requirements, Cash Advances, Cash Liquidation Reports & etc.)
**Performance Management**
- Conducts learning sessions with company leaders on how to develop Key Results Areas (KRA)
- Administers & collects Performance Evaluation Forms from Managers/Supervisors every year-end of the fiscal year
- Tracking of employee evaluations for annual appraisals and regularizations
- Generates and updates Job Description for positions as needed

**Medical Services**
- Enrolls new members with the Company's HMO Provider
- Handles all medical related queries and communicates with the Company's HMO
- provider Tracks the annual HMO Utilization and prepares documents for contract renewal
- Ensures that all employees comply with the Annual Physical Exam as required by the Company

**Administration and Clerics**
- Performs other tasks assigned from time to time
- Reports security incidents and / or any identified security weaknesses.
**Qualifications**
1.
Must possess a BS/AB degree in Psychology, Human Resource
Management, Behavioral Science, Organization Development, and other
related courses.
2.
With at least 5 years or more of relevant and related experience in general HR.
3.
Keen attention to detail.
4.
Excellent written and spoken communications skills.
5.
Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and
planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi

Proficiency in MS Office tool
