The HR Generalist will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, providing support in various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and employee development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of the HR department and the organization.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.Employee Relations:Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and/or management as needed.Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.Performance Management:Support the performance review process, including tracking and scheduling evaluations.Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.Work with managers to identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.Benefits Administration:Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve issues as needed.Assist in the annual benefits enrollment process.Compliance:Ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal requirements.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.HR Projects & Initiatives:Participate in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and organizational development programs.Provide support in HR audits and reporting as required.Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.Strong knowledge of DOLE LAWSStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Job Type: Full-timePay: From Php12,247.40 per monthApplication Deadline: 09/02/2024
