OPTICAL TECHNOLOGY SPECIALISTS (OTS)

 

Manufacturer of optical thin film products, anti-reflectance filters, UV cut filter, IR cut filter, cold mirror/filter, dichroic mirror/filter, band pass filter and lenses is URGENTLY looking for pro-active and capable individuals to fill the following positions:
 

HR GENERALIST

 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology; Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or related course

At least three (3) years experience preferably in a manufacturing

settingExcellent computer skills specifically MS Excel

Good grasp of Philippines labor laws and practices

Strategic thinker and able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality

Experience in managing teams with strong organizational skills, keen to detail and deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills and can work across multiple levels in the organization

Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Proactive and can work well under pressure
