Job Description: HR Generalist TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a position in Pasig. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for all HR services, including employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience. This role will closely collaborate with the HR Manager and the Global HR team to drive people operations and organizational development within the company. Please note that this position requires daily on-site work. The working schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (PH Time). Qualifications: Preferred Bachelor's degree; diploma/certificate required in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly and empathetically.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns, offering timely and empathetic guidance and support.Lead the resolution of employee relations issues, including conducting thorough investigations, mediating disputes, and recommending appropriate actions to prevent recurrence.Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement and retention.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, staying updated on any legal changes that may impact the organization.Assist in developing and revising HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and legal requirements.Collaborate with other departments to address and support workforce planning and development needs.Manage and maintain confidential employee records and documentation.Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR services and practices.Organize, maintain, and update employee information, personnel files, and corresponding changes in the HRIS/Payroll System, including the onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist with the recruitment and interview process. Conduct pre-employment tasks and facilitate new hire orientation and related employee training.Assist employees, managers, and supervisors in interpreting the employee handbook and provide necessary training.Handle other HR projects and tasks as assigned.
