Hr Generalist

• Recruitment: Find and interview qualified candidates for job openings, working with managers to identify needed skills (end to end process in recruitment from sourcing up to onboarding).
• Conduct checks to verify candidates' backgrounds and eligibility for employment.
• Handle routine HR activities like managing compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, disputes, and performance evaluations.
• Respond to job-related questions from applicants and employees, and direct complex issues to the right staff.
• Ensure Compliance: Stay updated on local employment laws and best practices, and review policies to ensure compliance.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed.
