Job Responsibilities:
Organize engaging employee events and activities, from initial concept through execution and post-event analysis.
Collect and analyze employee feedback and preferences to tailor event planning.
Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation.
Handle event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to secure the necessary resources for successful events.
Effectively communicate event details to employees and ensure smooth coordination of all event logistics.
Analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve future events and activities.
Collaborate with HR and management teams to align engagement activities with company goals and employee needs.
Ensure all events and activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Provide support and resources to employees to enhance their work experience.
Job Requirements:
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
