About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and analytical HR Generalist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to contribute significantly to our HR function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in HR processes, documentation, and data analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of HRIS systems, proficiency in Excel, and a strong connection with government agencies such as SSS and Pag-ibig.

Responsibilities: HR Process and Documentation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and records. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. HRIS Management: Manage the HRIS system, including data entry and reporting. Streamline HR processes using technology. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends and generate insights. Develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs. Compensation and Benefits: Ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Government Agency Relations: Maintain relationships with SSS and Pag-ibig. Ensure compliance with government regulations. Other HR Functions: Provide employee support and assistance. Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Participate in HR projects and initiatives. ISO Auditor Responsibilities: Conduct audits: Assess organizations' compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Review documentation: Evaluate policies, procedures, and records for conformity. Identify non-conformities: Detect areas where the organization is not meeting ISO requirements. Report findings: Provide detailed reports to management, including recommendations for improvement. Verify corrective actions: Ensure that organizations implement effective measures to address non-conformities. Conduct surveillance audits: Monitor ongoing compliance and identify potential areas of concern. Assist in certification: Support organizations in achieving ISO certification.
