HR GENERALIST (2-4 years experience)

 

The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Job Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections

Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters

Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations

Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records

Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating

activitiesCollaborating with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities

Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly

Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances

Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as HR Specialist/Officer, or other HR position

Knowledge of HR functions (salaries & benefits, recruitment, training & development, employee relations/engagement, etc.)

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Proficient in MS Office

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Strong ethics and reliability

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or relevant field; further training will be a plus

HR Credentials (a plus)

BPO experience is a plus


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
