HR GENERALIST

 

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field

1 year or more experience as HR Generalist

Basic understanding of Labor Law and keeps track on

SSS/Philhealth/Pagibig updates

Has experience in handling end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits

(timekeeping and payroll) and Employee relationsMust have background in processing government mandated benefits such as SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig payment online

Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities

Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Problem-solving skills, leadership, coaching and resourceful thinking

Honest, dedicated, a good team-player, can work independently and can do multitasking.
