1.
Introduction to Company and its employees.
2.
Preparation of welcome banner for new joiner.
In the absence of HR Head.
3.
Orientation of Company Policies and Employment Concerns such as:
• Check the newly on-board employee documents or the Pre-Employment Documentary Requirements
and Credentials.
• Ensure work station and logistics needed are available prior on boarding of newly joiner.
• Ensure newly employees filled up the orientation/on boarding checklist.
And file to respective 201 folders.
• Preparation of Job Offer and Contract Signed on time-Day 1.
Make sure all contracts have been served to
concerned employees and have it back to HR head office for 201 filing.
• Discuss the Job Offer: Salary & Payroll Schedules, Employee Benefits, Work Schedules etc.

boarding Checklist).
