Job Description:
? Bachelors degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
? At least 1 year of experience in human resource field
? Willing to work onsite
? Amenable to attend interviews
? Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities
?Support any HR-related issues, questions, or requests from both internal and external parties.
?Assist the HR team in their daily tasks.
?Conduct the entire hiring process, including screening, interviews, onboarding, and so forth; this includes offering HR assistance with hiring and training.
?Create reports on general HR operations and keep databases with a variety of employee data.
?Acts as a point of contact for HR operations (such as payroll, benefits and compensation, hiring, and violations and investigations,
?Occupational safety and health management, training and development, and performance and talent management
?Stay current on the newest trends and best practices in human resources.
?Organize and cultivate a good working relationship with staff members at all organizational levels and across departments.
?Help with payroll procedures, such as attendance generation, overtime, SL, VL, and error checking, among others.
?Help with the processes of performance management.
