Hr Generalist

Responsible for end to end recruitment.
- Source, screened and conduct initial interview of applicants.
Endorsed qualified applicants to Department Head fir final interview.
- Conduct on-boarding orientation of newly hired employees and update records of new staff
- Conduct background investigation of applicants
- Liaise with government offices such as SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
- Maintain 201 files and other HR documents
- Shall be in-charge of timekeeping process every cut-off.
Ensure correctness of reports.
**Job Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Psychology or any other 4-year related course
- With at least 1 year of working experience as HR Assistant specifically in the area of r**ecruitment and timekeeping.

- Strong knowledge in recruitment and timekeeping
- Computer literate specifically MS Office
- Above average communication skills, can do multi-task and can work with independently.
