Job Description As a Human Resources Generalist, the role involves managing HR functions to support and enhance the employee experience. Serving as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, handling disputes, disciplinary actions, and grievances, and guiding employees through performance appraisals. Coordinating onboarding programs, managing employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with DOLE regulations. Responsibilities also include administering workplace safety, overseeing benefits and compensation, and handling offboarding processes. Additionally, the role involves communicating with clients on HR-related matters and managing Independent Contractor Agreement renewals. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a contact for employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures. Address disputes, terminate employment, implement disciplinary actions, manage grievances, and provide counseling. Coordinate team-building activities and year-end parties. Communicate with clients regarding HR-related issues. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs. Prepare bank endorsements for new employee payroll accounts. Guide managers and employees through performance appraisals. Ensure compliance with DOLE laws and regulations. Administer workplace safety procedures. Assist with benefits administration, including HMO enrollment and deletions. Support payroll processes and manage offboarding activities including quitclaims and final paychecks. Prepare various HR correspondence and internal memorandums. Handle Independent Contractor Agreement renewals and coordinate with clients for approval. RequirementsWith at least 3 years of experience in the different areas of Human Resources Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and DOLE regulations and must be adept in Labor Law provisions, including human relations and employee rights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive issues with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving. Experience in employee engagement and team-building. Requirements
