Hr Generalist

Performs timekeeping every cut off
- Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered and assures information is available on a timely basis;
- Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies;
- Conducts data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed;
- Provides assistance and supports others on difficult assignments and/or problems as directed; and
- Coordinates schedules and tracks progress of specialized work projects or departmental functions.
- Processing separated employee's clearance, quitclaim, certificate of employment and last pay
- Completing paperwork for new hires - Job Offer, Appointment, Contract, NDA and Commitment.
- Enrollment of newly hired on HRIS (Head Office)
- Processing of IDs
- Assists in all HR function

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bocaue, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Generalist: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
