We seek 2 HR Generalists for the Human Development Department for Bulacan and Nueva Ecija.
JOB OVERVIEW: To assist HD Department as well as the Zonal Office in the efficient and effective facilitation of HD business processes at the district level. The HD Generalist is responsible for preparing and processing documents in all HD processes in coordination with the Zonal HDM/Central Office such as communications, deployment, regularization, separation, benefits, staff relations, training, and payroll-related information. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge in HR business processesKnowledge in computer applicationsKnowledge in Basic Accounting / ManagementKnowledge in Microfinance/NGO business processesFamiliar with Labor Code/Employment Law REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Good communication both in verbal and written
Good Time-managementGood computer applicationsGood record-keepingAnalyticalFiling/OrganizingTeam PlayerInitiative REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Mass Communications, BS Business Administration preferably major in Management or any other related field.Experience in Human Resources or Administrative work of at least 1 year.Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao).How To Apply?
