Hr Generalist -Bakers Avenue Cebu Work Assignment

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field as HR generalist.
- Excellent time management skill with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the end to end process.
Be able to compute using automated system or manual.
- Filling and remittance of the monthly contribution, Premium ,loans,to SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth.
- Implement and monitor company policies.
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
- Prepare and implements memo, written, suspension up to and including termination
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open position
- Handle onboarding process of newly hired employees
- Record keeping and filling of documents
- Responsible for assisting the Training Coordinator in training module development, facilitation of training (Technical and soft skills) and maintains training documentation.
- Assist GM with constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Assist organization company initiatives and activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
