Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human resource development management, Psychology and related field.Proven experience as an HR is an advantageKeen to detailsStrong organizational and time management skillsMust be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms, particularly when interacting with employees at various levelsHighly computer literate with capability in email, Canva, and MS Office toolsConfident in completing challenging tasks and maintaining effective performance even under pressure or stress.Possesses strong networking skills and remains focused on achieving results.Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and persistent in achieving goals.Ability to handle multiple tasksVersatile, self-starter, and can work with less supervision.
