Handles end-to-end process of recruitmentPreparing new employees' 201 file, and other government related filesOrienting and Evaluating New EmployeesAssist the management to create a fun and engaging employee environmentManaging the Compensation Benefits documentationAssist in monthly payroll preparation and administrationUpdating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status and dataComplies with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements.Manage different facets of HR as needed.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human resource development management, Psychology and related field.Proven experience as an HR is an advantageKeen to detailsStrong organizational and time management skillsMust be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms, particularly when interacting with employees at various levelsHighly computer literate with capability in email, Canva, and MS Office toolsConfident in completing challenging tasks and maintaining effective performance even under pressure or stress.Possesses strong networking skills and remains focused on achieving results.Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and persistent in achieving goals.Ability to handle multiple tasksVersatile, self-starter, and can work with less supervision.

1 year working experience (Preferred)

Can speak and understand English (Preferred)

Location:
Must be Currently residing in Parañaque City or living nearby cities like Las Pinas etc., if not, ask if he/she has plan to relocate near our office.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
