Hr Generalist Assistant

Handles end-to-end process of recruitment
Preparing new employees' 201 file
Orienting New Employees
Knowledgeable in Labor Lawver
Overseeing the Compensation Benefits documentation
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and administration
Updating apnd maintaining employee benefits, employment status
Employee development initiatives and training
Attends to job fairs or caravans
Manage different facets of HR as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development Management or Psychology
With at least one (1) year of proven experience as an HR
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve programs promptly
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees
Computer Literate
Flexible, self-starter, and can work with less supervision.
Can start ASAP
Work Type: Office-Based (Mon-Fri)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
