Hr General Manager - Er/Lr (47022) - Fpip Sto. Tomas Batangas

Salary: 65,000 - 80,000
With 1 Saturday schedule per month

Required Experience:
·Bachelor of Science in Psychology, HR Management, or equivalent credentials
·Bachelor of Laws and/or taking a few subjects in Commercial, Labor, and Civil Law
·With at least 5 years of working experience in General HR (ER, Labor Relations, C&B, Payroll, Recruitment, and Training)
·With experience handling Labor Union Management.
·Proficient in the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines
·Extensive expertise in compliance with Labor Laws
·In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations to maintain industrial peace between the Employer and Employee and maintain zero Labor cases filed through NLRC and the like.
·Can handle processing PEZA Visa, DOLE AEP, Immigration, and BIR requirements for expats.
·Knowledgeable and responsible in handling Security and other Admin Services.

Job Description:
1. Leads the function of the Security and Employee Relations
2. Develops and enforces the company's HR strategies, policies, as well as objectives, targets, and programs concerning all areas of Human Resources, such as but not limited to Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, and Administrative Services. Facilitates HR Managers in dealing with the day-to-day operation, and oversees staff operations and budget development of the department.
3. Implements the procedures and guidelines about Commercial / Labor Law and the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines.
