Hr & Ga Associate

(Salary Budget: Php 20,000.00 - Php 30,000.00)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Social Science or any related discipline.
At least 1-year experience especially on Compensation and Benefits (with extensive experience in manual payroll computation
and preparation).
Computer literate and outstanding time-management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Goal and detail oriented.
Strong analytical, negotiation and problem- solving skills and decision-making aptitude.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
