Hr & Ga Associate

Qualifications:
- At least College Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Social Science.
- At least 1-year experience especially on Compensation and Benefits (with extensive experience in manual payroll computation and preparation)
- Computer literate.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem- solving skills and decision –making aptitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Outstanding time-management skills.
