Hr Executive

Details of the offer

Recruitment - experience hiring non-tech resources and be able to do this independently. A strong hold on this area is must.
Payroll - Should have handled this part independently or atleast have a good understanding on this and pick it up with a bit of training.
Labour Law - Should know the local laws and be able to give clear suggestions.
Employee engagement - Ability to engage employees and keep the team happy.

We will position this person as a business partner for our team and help him/her grow in this role.

To do the above, we need a junior resource (2 years) who is mature and can learn and quickly grow.

Core HR background is mandatory. Experience in a late stage startup is a value-add.
