Hr-Employee Relations Staff

-Facilitate employee engagement activities
-gather employee feedback and suggests resolution
-identify gaps on employee engagement
-administer company discipline and discharge process through NTE, admin conference, investigation and serving NOD
-Suggests ways to improve employee relations and engagement
-Support other HR functions
-other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
