Hr Employee Relations Specialist

- Create an Employee Relation Strategy
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances and conflicts
- Performs Employee background checks and verify information
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to the management
- Assist in Off-Boarding requirements such as Resignations, Clearance and Exit Interviews
- Assist in employee performance evaluations
- Attend DOLE/NLRC Hearings
