Hr - Employee Relations Officer

*Key Responsibilities*

• Facilitate open communication with employees to address concerns and provide support and guidance.
• Issue necessary Notices to Explain (NTE) and Notices of Termination (NTD) when required.
• Maintain records of NTEs and NTDs
• Aiding collaboration between management and employees, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with senior management to address employee concerns and relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Provide HR policy guidance for improved workplace dynamics.
• Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.
*Qualifications*

• Bachelor's degree in human resources / psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant training/certifications in Employee Relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office tool and Computer literate
