Job Description: Position Overview: As an Employee Relations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance on a diverse range of Employee Relations (ER) matters. Leveraging your investigative skills, you will contribute to the resolution of workplace concerns, meticulously document investigative processes, and ensure strict adherence to established policies and procedures. This position demands a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate a profound understanding of HR practices, policies, Labor Laws, and Employee Relations. Contribute to the enhancement of overall business performance through a global perspective. Address employees' concerns adeptly, fostering a positive workplace culture. Spearhead the development of HR policies and processes, including meticulous documentation. Uphold rigorous company compliance with labor standards and regulations. Proactively identify and rectify compliance gaps. Ensure the completeness and integrity of employee records while optimizing HR tools and technology to drive operational efficiency. Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams to address and resolve intricate employee relations issues. Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment. Proactively engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine HR processes. Stay abreast of HR and Employee Relations trends and apply industry insights to elevate HR practices continually. Demonstrate adaptability by assuming additional duties as assigned within the role's scope. Assist in planning events to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Enhance organizational capability by aligning strategy, structure, people, rewards, metrics, and processes. Implement activities to boost team morale and satisfaction. Address employee concerns to foster a supportive work culture. Qualifications and Skills: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on compliance and risk management. Has background or knowledge in Employee Engagement. Proficiency in HR tools and information technology. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. HR Employee relations experience in BPO industry is a plus.
