Hr Employee Relations And Policies Specialist

Must Have- Labor Relations/Employee Relations - 5 years- At least 2 years of ER experience in BPO industry and/or a company with a large population- Case Management – 5 years (expose to the full cycle of case handling)- At least a year Supervisory Experience- At least a year experience in Project Management- At least a year experience in data reporting and analytics- Good/Excellent Communication and Business written skills- Stakeholder Management- Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint Internal Candidates:- Candidates with background in ER and/or HRPA are preferred -open to other HR facet but with knowledge in handling cases- Has at least 2 years experience in handling escalations to Company leadership and/or clients
