URGENT HIRING HR – EMPLOYEE RELATION

Salary Range: 30k to 35k

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Human Resources, Legal Management, or Psychology is preferred)Training / Knowledge / Certification: Project Management Training, Knowledgeable on Labor LawsAt least 4 years of relevant work experience as Employee Relations/Engagement officerWilling to start ASAP in Makati Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and implements employee engagement programs in collaboration with the Immediate Head and/or concerned parties (i.e. other departments, vendors, etc.)Manages grievance administration and employee discipline processing by ensuring compliance to due process.Conducts employee exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for specific or general improvements of the Company.Ensures DOLE compliance on labor standards.Ensures compliance to the established processes and/or recommends process improvements, as neededPerforms other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
