**CLIENT**
A leading promotions and food packaging company, supplying top QSR and FMCG companies in China and the Philippines.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop HR strategies with regards to recruitment, organizational development, and compensation and benefits to support corporate objectives
- Recruit and hire quality manpower to fill up various vacancies
- Design training programs to ensure continued and improving productivity
- Develop and implement Performance Appraisal System
- Develop programs to create a healthy company culture with teams built on collaboration and resourcefulness
- Ensure proper implementation HR plans, programs and policies
- Ensure compliance with national and local labor legislature and mandates

**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in a related field
- Applicants must be willing to report to work in Novaliches, QC and visit different plants in QC, Cavite and Cebu
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good problem-solving skills; he/she must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
