QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role in F&B Industry/HospitalityStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulations.JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on business growth, employee engagement, and talent development.Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and management teams on HR-related matters, including organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's HR policies and practices are competitive and compliant.Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.Advise managers on best practices for performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action.Handle complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace investigations.Oversee and manage employee policies, ensuring they are up-to-date with legal requirements.WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8:30-6:30BENEFITS: Signing PrivilegeHMOAccident InsuranceEmployee DiscountBirthday leave
