Shift Structure: Monday - Friday, 9AM to 6PM EST Responsibilities: Advise Corporate Leadership on legal rules and regulations regarding Philippine staffAdvise and manage Philippine HR and legal staffConduct new hire orientations and final interviews for Philippine operationsOversee recruitment processes and consult with team managers on staffing needs in the PhilippinesManage disciplinary procedures and employee relations for Philippine staffDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals for Philippine operationsLead performance and wage reviews for Philippine employeesDevelop and enforce clear company policies applicable to Philippine operationsOversee employee benefit programs for Philippine staffRepresent the company in legal proceedings in the Philippines, including NLRC hearingsCoordinate with external law firms in the Philippines for legal assistanceManage corporate documents and ensure compliance with Philippine regulatory bodiesOversee subsidiary management and governance for Philippine entitiesEnsure fulfillment of disclosure requirements to Philippine SEC and PSE.Disciplinary procedures such as Notice To Explain (NTE) and Notice Of Decision (NOD) and record keepingConducting performance and wage reviewsLeading a team of HR AssociatesRequirements and Qualifications: Philippine citizen and residentJuris Doctor degree with active membership in the Philippine BarExtensive experience in HR management and corporate law in the PhilippinesStrong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and corporate governanceExcellent leadership and communication skillsProficiency in conflict resolution and mediationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong ethical standards and commitment to confidentialityProficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS systems
