Job Description Adopt and/or initiate use of automated tools and resources to best support employees and managers.Provide local support and rollout of new and annual HR programs and policies such as talent management, compensation, and workforce planning (in conjunction with HRBPs and COEs).Advocate HR programs, policies, and local HR improvement projects.Drive active engagement with employees and managers to solicit feedback and data on company programs and policies to collaborate with COEs and HRBPs to design global programs and policies with local considerations.Possess strong country intimacy for handling specific issues such as employment legal compliance, employee relations, employee life-cycle management, crisis management, hybrid workforce planning, global mobility, and business continuity planning.Able to handle crises and make sound and reasoned discretionary quick decisions.Drive successful talent acquisition (Sourcing and Recruiting) execution and delivery across all business groups.Support all HR-related questions from employees and managers.Ensure successful rollout of company benefits and changes - compensation, statutory and company benefits.Coach & provide support (as needed) to the employee welfare committee for employee welfare activities.Work closely with the HR operations team to ensure successful execution of HR transactional processes with a focus on standardization, quality, and efficiency.Develop strong working relationships with service collaborators and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery to employees and managers - Local Managers, Global Business Leaders, COEs, HRBPs, HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, and HR service vendors.Negotiate service agreements with HR service vendors to ensure strong service offerings.Coach and develop local managers and the Philippines regional HR team, collaborating with the HR team and other cross-functional business partners and providing career pathways within the HR function.Participate in regional and global HR meetings and projects.The Successful Applicant Key Competencies Communication and Change ManagementAbility to effectively communicate changes in policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives to all employees and stakeholders.Lead and manage change initiatives at a local level, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.Partner with HRBPs and local leadership to align communication strategies and change management plans with business needs.Ensure change initiatives are rolled out with clear messaging, timelines, and expectations, building employee buy-in and minimizing resistance.Problem Solving and Decision MakingThe ability for crisis management, such as recent timesheet and late payment issues, to make quick escalation decisions, find resources, and collaborate with the local management team.The ability to improve processes, efficiency, and standardization in HR processes.Leadership and Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with the HR operations team to ensure successful execution of HR transactional processes with a focus on standardization, quality, and efficiency.Develop strong working relationships with service collaborators and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery to employees and managers.Coach and develop local managers and the Philippines regional HR team, collaborating with the HR team and other cross-functional business partners.HR Strategy and ExecutionDrive successful talent acquisition (Sourcing and Recruiting) execution and delivery across all business groups.Advocate HR programs, policies, and local HR improvement projects.Employee Engagement and CommunicationStrong skills in ER experience in managing employee & own HR team's life cycles, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relations.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, managers, and own HR team members.Legal and Compliance ExpertisePossess strong country intimacy for handling specific issues such as employment legal compliance, employee relations, and business continuity planning.Requirements Graduate of Psychology, HR Management, or any other related degrees.At least 15 years of HR-related experience.Knowledge and experience in various HR functions.Well-versed with the Philippines employment laws and labor standards.Knowledge and experience in navigating HR tools and Success Factors.Ability to grow and develop Philippines regional HR team members.Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.Track record of successfully juggling multiple projects and priorities.Able to navigate ambiguity and quickly shift direction when priorities change.Expected to travel regionally as required.Relevant experience in HR positions in a multinational company.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual, an excellent influencer, and a results-driven team player.What's on Offer The client offers a variety of robust health and well-being benefit programs, including healthcare, out-patient medicines, dental, optical, pension plans, life and disability insurance, paid annual leave, educational assistance programs, profit sharing, and employee stock purchase programs.
