Requirement :

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree major in Human Resource or Psychology
6-8 years experience in Human Resource with 5 years experience supervising a team
Team player, good interpersonal skills, superior communication skills
Performance Management, Employee and Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Training Implementation
