Details of the offer

Support in administrative tasks related to learning and development Support in logistics preparation including room reservations, room layout, meals and refreshments, distribution of training manuals, and equipment Process training enrollments, send calendar invitations, and coordinate with trainers. Answer routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations. Help facilitate evaluation surveys, including tracking of responses. Support in other tasks assigned. Basis/Intermediate knowledge and use of desktop applications – use of common office computer tools for efficient completion of tasks; including but not limited to data entry Use of graphic design tools is a plus. Networking and cross-collaborations Basic data analysis and reporting
