Experience: 1+ years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a similar role. Experience with data analytics and reporting is required. Knowledge of HR best practices. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel) to analyse and interpret HR-related data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism. Experience with HRIS systems and employee data management is a plus. Analytical Thinking: Ability to gather and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and management teams to achieve goals. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, particularly when dealing with data and reporting What will you do? 1. Employee Relations Support:
Collaborate with ERP Lead to develop and implement employee relations programs as aligned on the project. Do calling of staff/check-ins as the need arise. 2. Data Analytics & Reporting:
Gather and analyse LinkedIn data reports needed for the program. Create regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into employee sentiment, engagement levels, and potential risks related to employee relations. Provide analysis of trends related to "Open to work" program. 3. Employee Engagement & Communication:
Help gather feedback and insights from employees on workplace culture and satisfaction.
