- At least College graduate
-With 1 year experience in Shared Service industry.
International/global experience is good.
-Must have experience in all facets of HR especially Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & benefits, Payroll, employee relations, Human resource etc.
-With good communication and customer service skills
-Willing to work in a hybrid work set up in Makati, Ayala- 2x onsite, 3x wfh
