Job Objectives: To fulfill job vacancies in the shortest time.To maintain stable and dynamic workplace relationships.To build high employee engagement.Duties & Responsibilities: Conducts regular onsite HR audits to ensure labor standard compliance.Create and execute effective engagement programs and activities.Monitors and manages employee performance.Attends to administrative labor issues and conflicts.Maintains positive client & employee rapport.Job Specifications: Graduate of any 4 year course.Must have related experience. Willing to work in Maybunga Pasig City.
