Under direction, the People and Culture Consultant provides support to the People and Culture
Department across the following facets - Attendance Processing, Employee and Labour
Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and HRIS.
Attendance Processing
Collates and checks all attendance related data prior to submission to Finance.
Subject matter expert for attendance-related process improvement projects.
Coordinates with Client Services in seamless processing of attendance data, which includes, but is not limited to, overtime pay, holiday pay, and employee leaves
Prepares semi-monthly summary Attendance and Exclusion reports for payroll purposes
Employee and Labour Relations
Assists the Labour Relations Consultant in drafting Notices to Explain, Notice of Administrative hearing / Conference, Decision Memos
Assists the Labour Relations Consultant in accurate tracking and monitoring of all cases
Ensures separating employees complete the Exit Survey in MyDiversify and conducts Exit Interview to employees, if necessary (depending on outcome of Exit Survey)
Prepare reports and analyze trends in attrition based on the gathered exit survey results
Statutory and Company Initiated Benefits
Answers general employee inquiries regarding statutory and company initiated benefits.
Assists the Compensation and Benefits Consultant in maintaining statutory benefits trackers
Participates in the establishment and review of benefits programs which includes interacting with outside vendors if necessary.
As may be needed, conduct orientation seminars on company-initiated benefits.
Reports Generation and Admin Support
Maintains People and Culture monthly headcount, attrition, client concentration and Management OT hour report and calibrates with People and Culture team and Finance Department to ensure alignment of information in monthly report.
Creation and updating of attendance reports
Assists the HRIS Administrator in updating employee profiles in MyDiversify, documentation and records of employees.
Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience
With excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to communicate and deal with different types of people, in all levels of the organization is essential
Must be keen to details
Successful hire must be confident in communication and building a harmonious relationship amongst the client staff
Must be amenable to working in shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
Must be amenable to work onsite
