HR COORDINATOR

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining employee records / 201 files, both hard and soft copies (this includes scanning of documents).

Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

Schedule interviews for applicants and assist in the screening process.

Post job vacancies on Job portals.

Prepare contracts and other documents for hired applicants.

Conduct orientation to employees and newly hired employees regarding company policies.

Other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or the Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource and Development Management or equivalent.At least 1 to 2 years experience as an HR personnel or working on the HR field.

Knowledge about the different HR facets

Confident and Goal Driven.

Must be proactive and a team player.

Can communicate in English both written and verbal
