Hr Coordinator

Implementing rules and regulations to the employees and issuing disciplinary actions through memorandums and notices
- Securing confidential files such as legal documents and 201 files
- Managing the talent acquisition; outsourcing, screening, initial interviews of the applicant, endorsement to the clients, orientation, and contract signing.
- Planning recruitment strategies such as referrals, job postings, coordinating with universities, radio stations, and with local governments for future job fairs.
- Facilitate employee experiences such as year-end parties and team building.
- Conducts end to end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and background checking.
- Maintains good customer service with clients and employees.
**Qualifications**
- Must be graduate of Psychology and HRDM
- With 1 year experience in the same field.
- Good customer service
- Willing to start Asap
- Preferably with motorcycle
- Willing to do fieldwork
